Accessibility Statement
Last updated September 25, 2026.
Freiman Injury Law is committed to offering a website that everyone can use, including people with disabilities. Many of the people we serve come to this site while recovering from an injury, and some of them are using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, enlarging text, or limiting motion when they do. This site is designed, built, and tested with those visitors in mind.
That commitment is ongoing. If any part of this site is hard for you to use, we want to hear from you, and we will work to fix it promptly.
The standard we follow
We build and test this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines describe how to make web content usable for people with a wide range of disabilities, including impairments of vision, hearing, movement, and cognition.
In practice, that means this site is built so that:
- Pages carry meaningful headings, landmarks, and labels, so screen readers can navigate them and forms announce what each field is for.
- Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, including the case questionnaire, the appointment scheduler, and the contact forms.
- Text meets WCAG AA contrast minimums, can be resized to at least 200 percent, and reflows at narrow widths without horizontal scrolling.
- Every animation stops when your device's reduce-motion setting is on, or when you turn on Reduce Motion in the footer of any page, and nothing on this site flashes more than three times per second, the threshold associated with photosensitive seizures.
- We check the site with automated accessibility tools and manual keyboard testing as it changes.
Known limitations
We would rather tell you where the site falls short than pretend it does not. This list is kept current, and entries come off it as they are fixed. As of the date above, these are the parts we know are hard to use or not fully accessible yet:
- The digital business cards. On our digital business card pages, the text is sized with the card itself, so a browser's text-only zoom setting does not enlarge it, and the contact links on the back of the card sit close together, which can make them hard to tap precisely. Full-page zoom works normally, and the Add to Contacts button saves every detail on the card to your phone.
- Assistive technology coverage. We test with automated tools and manual keyboard checks, and we are still working through a full test pass with every combination of screen reader and browser. If your setup runs into something ours has not, we want to hear about it.
Nothing on this list stands between you and reaching us: every way to contact the firm, ask a question, or start a case review works with a keyboard and a screen reader, and everything the site offers you can also do by phone.
Tell us what you find
If something on this site does not work for you, works poorly with your assistive technology, or you would like any information from this site in a different format, please reach out. Your report helps us fix it for you and for everyone after you.

A person reads every report, and we act on them. When you write, it helps to tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, but none of that is required.
